Well all was going well until Wednesday last week when a colleague bought in a giant box of biscuits for a workshop (accompanied by me handing around the Decarb-candy to minimise the cals!!), followed by a valentines weekend packed with dessert and loaded potato skins. One week, all inclusive relation with some watersports, ooh er missus, thrown into the mix so its not a totally lazy holiday.
However, to make my holiday worth while, I don’t intend to roll about on my back catching the rays like a beached whale flailing around to get back into the water. This week’s goals are simple. No biscuits, fish in the evening along with low impact running every night to maximise my fat burning. Oh and booking in the fake tan session so what fat I do have left doesn’t actually look like fat….all white and mottled.Yuck!
