Revelations...

There are a few websites I post my weight loss details on and each time I type how much I want to lose – 28lbs – I realise that it isn’t that big a number. I have 10 weeks until my original target which would make it 2.8lbs a week to reach my target. If I give myself the longest amount of time I can have which is 18 weeks I would need to lose about 1.5lbs a week. The more I think about it, the more I realise that this is achievable. It may not be easy but not everything in life is.
