If you knew that this 7th Heaven start-out was gonna be this fine one day, then you’ve got a leg up on me — I had no idea this was on the way. Girls have features that men like, and that’s undeniable. Most girls, however, end up getting known for one (…or two) things:

“Man, who??”

“Dawg, I know you seen her — Christine!!”

“Man, I’m tellin’ you I ain’t seen Christine”

“Yes you have, man! Christine .. with the booty, dawg c’mon!”

“Ohhh yeahhhhh, now I know who you’re talkin’ about”

Jessica Biel elegantly avoids this trap because it’s impossible to pin her down for one feature, in particular. Face, top, middle, and bottom, she is a great looking girl. We’ve all always known who she is, but the turning point came for me when I saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre in 2003. I was like, “Wait, what??.. that’s Jessica Biel!?? What happened!??” And it was on from there.

I’ve stated, though, that Girls, Girls, Girls is not all about looks, and the thing that really makes Jessica Biel stand out is her attitude. She seems nice, potentially approachable, and driven to make her career her own. As a matter of fact, she did a nearly-nude photo shoot for Gear magazine in an attempt to get Aaron Spelling to tear up her contract on 7th Heaven, so she could stop playing such a goody-goody. It didn’t quite work out that way, but it still shows she’s willing to do what it takes to express herself. Certainly admirable.

And now, for the rest.

Let's Discuss Spa Etiquette

One of my top five favourite things to do is go to the Spa.  I know this is an indulgence but it is something that I allow myself in moderation.  City culture moves at a frenetic pace and we often don’t take the time to slow down, relax and rejuvenate.   No matter where I am, I have a spa radar.  I can locate a masseuse and an HT (hot tub) without a compass or a map.  Mad skills.

Here are some tips to make the most of your spa escape:

• Peace & Quiet – If you are looking for P & Q, you are best to “call in sick” (or as I like to call it: Sick of Work or Mental Health Day) and book a last-minute appointment mid-afternoon.  This way you can kick up your heels in your terry robe to the calm atmosphere without the shrill cackle of obnoxious weekend bachelorette parties.  And if you are with a girlfriend, as one woman put it today, “Use your spa voice.” Quiet whispers and giggles.
• When I get that feeling, I need Alternative Healing – While you may go for the de rigeur Swedish Massage, why not try an alternative such as Shiatsu or Reiki.  It’s great to diversify your treatments to see what best suits your therapeutic needs.  Thai Yoga Massage combines vigorous deep tissue techniques with breathing exercises and yogi stretches. 
• How Deep? – Haha.  Save timid for another day.  Massage therapists are accustomed to seeing naked people all the time.  Tell them how much pressure you want applied during your massage to avoid wincing in pain and not fully enjoying what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. 
• BYOB - Bring your own bikini.  Call me extra, but I am adamant about a spa having water therapies.  If there isn’t a pool, a eucalyptus steam room or a hot tub, I find it very awkward.  Never leave home without a swimsuit.  Find out in advance if the spa supplies complimentary flip flops and cover ups.  And if they don’t, it’s a good excuse to break out your fashionable tie-die pareo.

What I especially like about Boracay is the fact that you can actually have your cardio exercise everyday or as much as you want, what with the long stretch of white powdery sand that is kind to your feet while you walk by the sea.  Add to the fact that you see a lot of people while you do brisk walking.  Exercising is just pure fun if you do it there.  Well, that does not include swimming which is the best exercise of all (I’ll leave you to research with all the medical facts…).

 

Indulging in your favorite food isn’t much of a problem as there is a way to remove the excesses.

The Worst Beach Bodies in Miss World

Dicen que los hay de todas formas, tamaños y colores. A continuación cuerpos raros, cuadrados, desproporcionados o simplemente fuera de forma. Ustedes sean los jueces.

Mi concepto de un buen cuerpo, recae en cautro factores. El primero es el balance de la cadera y el busto, que uno no sea uno mucho más grande/ancho que el otro, sino lo más cerca posible a la misma medida, no importando que no sean 90 y 90. El segundo es, la transición busto-cintura-cadera la cual debe ser en líneas onduladas [S]  y no líneas rectas [/]. Tal cual botella de Coca Cola como dice una canción por ahí.  Tercero, que la chica esté en forma. Pero ojo, tampoco musculoso. Para mí, un cuerpo muy musculoso es tan desagradable como uno aguado. El punto es no estar fláccida, y que tampoco tenga residuos de grasa muy visibles. Cuarto, las proporciones del cuerpo en general. Con esto me refiero a que el torso y las piernas sean de la misma longitud o si hay disparidad que no sea notorio al ojo. O bien, torso corto y piernas largas; que de hecho, este es el estilo que prefieren a la hora de contratar a las modelos de Victoria’s Secret.

El torso de ella es largo y luego las piernas son muy cortas.  No me gustan estas proporciones. A un cuerpo angosto de arriba y grueso de las caderas se le conoce como “pera”  y esa es justo la forma de ella. Aparte de eso, sus piernas tienen grasa en la parte exterior; lo que se le conoce como “pistolas”.  Pero ella no es la peor. Simplemente como dije, no me gusta el torso largo con piernas cortas. Mucho menos la grasa por poca que sea.

Una situación similar ocurrió aquí. Las proporciones de ella están bien, pero tiene esa figura forma de pera en una manera más estirada, pues ella es más alta. Busto chico, caderas notoriamente más amplias. Para acabarla de ajustar, tiene la cadera cuadrada. Tiene grasa desde la parte alta de las caderas hasta la parte más gruesa de las piernas.

Unas no hacen y a esta se le pasó la mano con el ejercicio, pero no es eso lo que más me desagrada. Sino el hecho de que a pesar de que se nota el ejercicio, tenga un torso tan cuadrado y sin forma.  Demasiado recta para mi gusto.

Otra recta.  Pero a esta pobre no le ayudó el corte del traje de baño que le dieron. Que ocurrencia de mandar a hacer cortes de pierna alta. Ese estilo es de los 90s. No sólo ya pasó de moda, sino que nunca se me hizo que fuera de atractivo visual. Y para acabarla de ajustar, con esa cara :s

Quisiera decirles que es la ganadora al peor cuerpo, pero tampoco. Ah, pero he aquí lo interesante y esto no es broma. Ella es quien en realidad ganó el concurso en bikini :/ Antes de saber que era la ganadora, yo ya la tenía elegida para esta lista; en la misma categoría que las primeras dos.

User diingatkan untuk berhati-hati dengan munculnya gadis berbikini di Facebook. Gadis bikini itu sebenarnya ancaman yang sangat berbahaya.

Pada Senin, perusahaan antivirus AVG menunjukkan worm yang menyebar dari dinding ke dinding pengguna Facebook. Worm itu berupa iklan dengan gambar seorang wanita menggunakan bikini. “Mau lihat sesuatu yang ‘HOT!??” tanya cacing pada pengguna. “Klik tombolnya, Sayang!”

Ketika Anda mengklik iklan itu, maka cacing komputer itu akan memposting di dinding. Cacing bikini pertama kali ditemukan oleh peneliti keamanan independen Gadi Evron.

Menurut AVG, cacing itu menggunakan taktik yang disebut ‘pemalsuan permintaan antar situs’ untuk memulai sebuah rantai tindakan dan menguasai log in korbannya. Karena pengguna sudah login ke Facebook, maka cacing itu tidak perlu khawatir tentang otentikasi dan password.

Jika makin banyak pengguna mengklik iklan itu, maka tingkat pertumbuhannya meningkat tajam. Evron, yang pertama kali memberitahu Facebook masalah itu mengakui mengklik sendiri iklan itu untuk mencari tahu dampaknya. Facebook mengatakan sedang menyelidiki masalah itu.

“Untuk menghentikan cacing bikini itu, Facebook perlu mengambil tindakan,” papar peneliti AVG Nick Fitzgerald. Berdasarkan bug di masa lalu, perusahaan itu kemungkinan akan menghentikan cacing dengan melakukan sapuan secara luas agar tidak menyebar.

Bulan lalu, Facebook menutup lubang keamanan yang ditemukan oleh peneliti Antonio Sanso, yang menunjukkan alamat email ribuan orang. Jurubicara Facebook Simon Axten mengatakan tidak ada masalah di Facebook dan kenyataannya hanya sebuah worm.

Alih-alih worm itu sebagai pemalsuan permintaan lintas situs sebagai diklaim peneliti AVG, Axten menyebut hanya sebuah clickjacking di mana bisa berpengaruh jika pengguna melakukan sesuatu tindakan di browser
